Just finished Directing, DPing and editing the music video “Carolina Moonshine” which is featured on the soundtrack to Red Dirt Rising. It’s a great song that illustrates the history behind racing a moonshine running in the early days. I have to say that I’ve developed a great respect for the men of early stock-car racing. They truly were just “good old boys”.
The song is written and preformed by Matt Dylan with a special appearance by legendary NASCAR driver Junior Johnson. Special thanks goes out to my Producer Ellen Pfirrmann, the crew (Greg Kraus, Greg Hudgins, Chris Searcey, Jess Matney and Bill Pivetta), Todd Morris and all the other people that helped put this piece together.
